KURAS RITES HELD
Teofil John Kuras, 72, died Tuesday, July 20, in Chester Township. Mr. Kuras was born in Otsego County on April 14, 1898, and had been a resident of the county his entire life.

Funeral services for Mr. kuras were held on Friday at 9:30 a.m. from the Nelson Funeral Home, Gaylord, and at 10 a.m. from St. Mary's Church with interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Msgr. Kaminski officiating. A rosary was held at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Nelson Funeral Home.

Mr. Kuras is survived by two sisters Mrs. Anna Minkowski of Benton Harbor, Mi., and Mrs. Josephine Taskey of Gaylord, also many nieces and nephews.
