MARY GALLOWAY DIES IN GRAYLING

Mary Priscilla Galloway, 70, widow of the late Alfred Galloway, died Friday at Mercy Hospital in Grayling. Mrs. Galloway had been a resident of Crawford County for 41 years. Services were held at 3:30p.m. at the Free Methodist Church in Grayling and burial will follow in the Vanderbilt cemetery. Mrs. Galloway leaves one daughter, Mrs. Elsie Denno, of Grayling; five sons, Thomas and George of Flint and Clarence, John and Alfred, all of Grayling; and one sister, Mrs. Susie Henderson of Boyne Falls.

MRS. MARY GALLOWAY SUCCUMBS

Mrs. Mary Priscilla Galloway, 70, widow of the late Alfred Galloway, succumbed Friday, February 21, at Mercy Hospital here. Born at Peck, August 3, 1887, Mrs. Galloway had lived in Crawford County for 41 years. Married September 30, 1903, in Vanderbilt, her home was in Beaver Creek until moving into Grayling with her daughter, Mrs. Elsie Denno. Other survivors are five sons, Thomas and George of Flint, Clarence, John and Alfred of Grayling; 20 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Susan Henderson of Boyne Falls, Mich.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 24, at 3:30 o'clock at the Free Methodist Church, the Rev. Donald Healy officiating. Interment was in Vanderbilt Cemetery, Vanderbilt. Serving as pallbearers were Algot Johnson, Russell Vallad, Herbert Ferguson, Jack Canfield, Elmer Mortenson and Milow Case.
