The Port Crescent Pioneer Cemetery is located about ˝ miles east of  M-25 on Port Crescent Road in Hume Township, Huron County, Michigan.  Access is gained by walking past a vehicle gate down a country lane about 100 yards to the northeast corner of the cemetery.
