Captain Jacob S. Flye, son of William Flye, was born 12 July 1820 at Mt. Desert. He died October 22,
1870. He was married 12 November 1865 in Sedgwick to Mary Hepsibeth Currier, the daughter of Thomas
Currier and Mariah B. Jordan. Mary was born 30 November 1831 in Sedgwick. She died 21 April 1889 in
Brooklin, Maine.
After Jacob's death, Mary was married to Captain Richard A. Herrick, son of John Herrick and Rachel
Allen. But when she died, she was buried here, beside her first husband.

Rachel M. Jordan
Sept 26, 1868 - Apr 9, 1932.
Rachel Flye was married on 31 May 1887 at Brooklin to Henry J. Jordan of Ellsworth.
