May 1, 7 p.m. - Nathan Nutting, Jr., Otisfield Architect. Slide Show & Speaker will be from Maine Historic Preservation.
June 25, 2 p.m. Walking tour to explore Bolsters Mills Village. Joint program with Harrison Historical Society. We anticipate no more than one mile of walking.
August 10 - Annual picnic, Crescent Island, Thompson Lake. Meet at home of owner, Doris Ham, 82 Moosewa Trail (off Lake Road; call for directions).
Sept. 18 - Otisfield Characters. A chance to meet such now-gone characters as Bertie Bowker, Eddie Aldrich, and Maurice Whitcomb.
Nov. 6 - Dave Hankins will discuss Otisfield's discontinued roads.
All meetings except the Bolsters Mills program and the annual picnic will be held at the Otisfield Town Office at 7 p.m. We mail out postcards 10 days in advance of the meetings to anyone on our mailing list (or who requests one).
