Topic - Field Trip and Election of Chapter Officers for 2009-2011
Members - Those wishing to attend should meet in the parking lot BEHIND the American Civil War Museum (formerly known as the
National Civil War Wax Museum) at 297 Steinwehr Avenue, Gettysburg, PA 17325, (717) 334-6245. During the day, in no particular order,
we will tour the battlefield and the new Visitors Center (if desired), check out some of the shops and have lunch in town where we
will hold elections. Please contact Linda if you want to carpool or caravan with them.
The Maryland Division UDC Confederate Memorial Day Ceremony on Confederate Hill at
Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore, MD is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2009, at 10:30AM. Please note that E.V. White Chapter (along
with Co. A, 1st MD Cavalry Chapter) are responsible for furnishing the refreshments this year. Please make every effort to attend and
bring some good food for everyone!
