child iv. ROBERT P. WOMACK was born in 1772. He died about 19 Feb 1845 in ST. HELENA PA., LA..
child v. DAVID WOMACK was born on 27 Mar 1774 in ORANGE CO. N. C.. (55) He died on 3 Jan 1854 in SIMPSON CO. MS.. Moved to St. Helena Par. La. then to Simpson Co. Miss. His widow applied for his pension. They had 12 children. Memorial to Sarah - Mother to 12 children in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Apple, TX.
child vi. WILLIAM WASHINGTON WOMACK was born in 1776 in ORANGE CO. N. C.. He died after 1850. NOTE: " THE DESCENDANTS OF WILLIAM AND MARY WOMACK" by Carlos Womack, 1986, states, William mar: (1st) _____, mar: (2nd) Charity T. _____. Settled Land in St. Helena Parish in 1810, moved to Franklin Co. Ms. prior to 1830- finally settling in Copiah Co., Ms. prior to 1840.
child vii. ABNER WOMACK was born in 1778 in CASWELL CO. N. C.. He died on 12 Feb 1844 in LA.. He was buried in WOMACK CEM. WEST OF GREENSBURG, LA.. NOTE:"THE DESCENDANTS OF WILLIAM AND MARY WOMACK" by Carlos Womack, 1986, states the following, Mar: Celia Herron in 1805, and both are buried in Womack Cemetery west of Greensburg, La. Abner left Georgia settling in Louisiana prior to 1800. He purchased a large tract of land in St. Helena Parish, La.
child viii. JACOB GREEN WOMACK was born on 5 Oct 1780 in CASWELL CO. N. C.. (56) He died on 27 Jan 1865 in ST. HELENA PARISH, LA.. (57) He was buried in Col. Abner Womack Cem. Greensburg, La.. Jacob was a private in the 12th Reg. La. Militia. Buried in the Col. Abner Womack Cemetery, Greensburg, La.
child ix. ABRAHAM (FAT ABE) WOMACK was born on 12 Apr 1782 in CASWELL CO. N. C.. (58) He died on 26 Apr 1860 in ST. HELENA PARISH, LA.. He was buried in Col. Abner Womack Cem. Greensburg, La.. Abraham & Elizabheth Burton had 12 children.
NOTE: "THE DESCENDANTS OR WILLIAM AND MARY WOMACK" by Carlos Womack, 1986, states the following; Mar: 1804, Elizabeth Burton d. 10 Jan. 1850. Daughter of Col. Richard (Jacob) and Nancy Burton. Abraham married in Ga., moved to La. Built a home in 1808, this home was burned in 1904. He and his brothers, Jacob Green & Col. Abner, were in the battle of New Orleans under General Jackson. He was a Private in the 12th Reg. La. Militia.
