in LA.. He was buried in WOMACK CEM. WEST OF GREENSBURG, LA.. NOTE:"THE

Carlos Womack, 1986, states the following, Mar: Celia Herron in
1805, and both are buried in Womack Cemetery west of Greensburg, La.
Abner left Georgia settling in Louisiana prior to 1800.
He purchased a large tract of land in St. Helena Parish, La.

states the following; Mar: 1804, Elizabeth Burton d. 10 Jan. 1850. Daughter of
Col. Richard (Jacob) and Nancy Burton. Abraham married in Ga., moved to La.
Built a home in 1808, this home was burned in 1904. He and his brothers,
Jacob Green & Col. Abner, were in the battle of New Orleans under General
Jackson. He was a Private in the 12th Reg. La. Militia.
