24. ROBERT WOMACK was born about 1808 in Copiah County, Ms..⁽²³⁾ He died in Aug 1863 in LA.. We believe him to be buried near Winnfield, La. NOTE: "THE DESCENDANTS OF WILLIAM AND MARY WOMACK" by Carlos Womack, 1986, states that Robert was b. 1808 and d. 8 July 1865. Copy of War of 1812 record.

Bienville Pa. La.; 18 Aug. 1856 Robert Womack and his wife Rispy Womack sold 39 and 90/1000 more or less to William M. Walker for $200.00.
Witt: L. G. Barron B. H. Bates Bienville, Pa. He was married to WRIZOPA SOUTHERN in 1830 in COPIAH CO. MISS.. Robert and Rispey owned 50 acres of land in Copiah Co. Ms. close to his mother, Martha Womack, and brother, Abner Pryor in 1835.

25. WRIZOPA SOUTHERN ⁽²⁴⁾ was born about 1813. She died after 1870 in LA.. Wrizopa is said by family information, and other researchers to be full blood Choctaw Indian. "ANY INFORMATION ON HER IS WANTED VERY MUCH"!!!!!

Robert and Rispey moved to Louisiana between 1840 / 1842 according to the births of their children.

Wrizopa was listed in the 1860 census of Winn Pa. La. with Robert Womack her husband. Her name was spelled Rispey, she was 47 years old, and born in Miss.
She was in the 1870 census of Winn Pa. La. living in the house of son Wiley Womack, her name was spelled Rispey, she was 52 years old, and listed as being born in Miss.

1856 sold land in Bienville Pa., La. to William M. Walker. 18 Aug. 1856.

Marriage license dated 11 Nov. 1830 Copiah Co., Miss. Bondsman: Samuel McLeland. Diadamy Southern mar: Samuel McLeland 17 Jan. 1822, Lawrence Co. Miss. Were They sisters? What kin were they?
