iv.
DAUGHTER CHAPPELL. The daughter, name not known, married John Williams. This is proved by the following: James Gee bought 200 acres of land in the County of Surry and Prince George Counties. --- "it being a part of a patent granted unto Thomas Chappell, and devised by will to his grandson, Charles Williams, in fee simple"--- Signed: Charles Williams and Annie Williams. Feb. 1721, Prince George County. This establishes the fact that Thomas Chappell (II) left a
will which was no doubt destroyed with the records of Charles City County.
