4. THOMAS JACKSON "JACK" STEVENSON was born on 11 Mar 1868 in
LOVE LAKE, LA.. He was living on Lukfata St. in Broken Bow, Ok, when he died on 8 Nov 1951.
(5) He was buried on 9 Nov 1951 in BROKEN BOW , OKLA.. He was a farmer most of his life.
Jack Stevenson, Katie Stevenson Forrest, and C. Ezra Stevenson were members of Rocky Mount Methodist Church about 6 miles West of Ringold, La.
In 1902 Jack signed marriage bonds for H. E. Stevenson and Mollie
Garner. (5 June 1902, Caddo Parish)
He was living with his sister and brother-in-law, H. Hudson, in the 1900 census, listed as "Married". He must have been separated from Lavinia at this time.
After his divorce from Evie, Jack disappeared from the lives of his family. Not until many years later when his son Ray met a cousin, R. T. Stevenson, did they learn of his location in Broken Bow, Ok. Several of his sons went together to visit him. After their reassurances that they wished to see him again, he
visited with them, and they made trips to visit with him also, until his death.
Grandpa is buried in Broken Bow Cemetery, Broken Bow, OK.
He was married to EVIE IREAN ROWELL on 8 Dec 1904 in RED RIVER PAR. LA..
5. EVIE IREAN ROWELL was born on 28 May 1886 in Bienville Parish, LA.. She died on 18 October 1958 in Shreveport, LA.. She was a homemaker. She was buried in Bistineau Cem. in LA.
Her grand-children called her "Big Grandma". She was around 5'8" tall. She was "big" to us, next to our "Little Grandma Lular", who was not even 5' tall!! She was very pretty at the age of 14, as you will see in the photo below. I am 5'8" tall also, so I must have gotten it from My Big GrandMa!
Children were:
i. ROBERT
EDWARD STEVENSON was born on 20 Jul 1906. He died on 20 Dec 1908. Robert died when his father, Jack, accidentally backed over him with a wagon.
ii. JACKSON
RAY STEVENSON was born on 3 Jun 1908. Ray mar: Bonnie Haws, ch: Melba Ray Stevenson Knight, Melvin (Lynn), Donald Richard (Don), Robert Lewis, and Jana Rene' Stevenson Haney. They live in Dallas, Tex.

RONALD REGGIE STEVENSON was born on 21 Dec 1910 in EAST POINT, LA.. He died on 3 Apr 1968 in CALION, ARK.. Reggie mar: Nellie Fay Abbit, ch: Ronna Jean,
and Gerald Wayne.
iv. SIDNEY
REX STEVENSON was born on 20 Oct 1912. Rex mar: Myrtis Bissell, ch: Barbara Ruth, Kenneth Rex, and Karen Gayle.
