24 June 1702 Arnold ab Arnold of Lanvihangel Crucorny hold by Lease all that one Cottage now or late in the tenure of Blanch David Widow together with 72 acres of Land lying and being in Parke Lyngoed in the parishes of Langattock Lyngoed and Lanvihangell Crucorny (Except all mines &c) and shall not aliene or assigne the same without leave, nor doe any act or project in predjudice of the Lord or Tenants To hold for the lives of the said Arnold ab Arnold & Walter and James his two sons 9 5 10
