Parish Registers

The originals of the registers, which began in 1697, are in the National Library of Wales. The Bishop's Transcripts are also available for 1696 and 1725 to 1812 (1795 missing).
The first of the volumes runs to 1753 for marriages and to 1760 for baptisms and burials. Some pages are in poor condition, with lower corners worn away and missing. It is also rather disorganised; the list below shows how it is laid out:
