In the name of God Amen the xxiind' day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand sixe houndred sixetie and one and in the thirtinth yeare of the raigne of our souveraigne Lord King Charles the second &c I William Prichard of the parish of Langattug Lingoed within the diozes of Landaffe beinge sicke in bodie but whole in minde and of p[er]fect remembrannce laud and praise be to allmightie God doe make my last will and Testamente in maner and forme folowinge. First I comytte my sowlle to allmightye god my maker and redeemer and my bodie to be buried in the parish churche of Langattocke afforesaid. ltem I give and bequeathe to the Cathedrall Church of Landaffe 6d. Item I give for my foregottene tithese iid. Item my will is that nowe Anne my wife shall have hould occupy and enioye alI my landes tenements mille pound stones and watter courses what soever to her and to her use during her naturall life and noe longer. ltem 1 give all the aforesaid lands tenements mile pounds & watter courses unto Marry Prichard my daughter after the deses of' Ann my wife (to every her heyres & assignes for ever). Item my will is that Harry Prichard shall have 10s-0d. Item I give and bequeath 3 lames unto Harry Prichard his children between his three chilldren to be equally devided. Item give unto Jane my Godchild one lame. ltem I give and bequeath unto Mary Prichard my sister roome in one chamber. Item I give and bequeath all the rest of my goods cattall chatels and houshold stoufe unto Anne my wife during her natturall life. And after her deses unto Mary Prichard my daughter. Item I doe nominate and apoynte Anne Prichard my wife to be my executrix of this my Iast will and testament & revoke alI formere testamenls and doe nominate and appoynt Phillip Jones overseer of this my last will & testament to see it p[er]formed. In wittnes whereof I have heereunto put my hand & seale the daie and yeere first above written.
