Timothy Tracey was another immigrant. He is listed as transporting himself to to St. Marys County by 1673.

Came Timothy Tracy of St Marys Co. and proved right to 50 acres of land for transporting himself into this Providence. Know all men that we TRichard Talbot and Timothy Tracy of St Marys County do assign and sell and set over unto Constant Daniell of same county all our rights and title of and in 50 acres each, it being our due, to him Constant Daniell. {17/595}

He apparently received a patent for 100 Acres in St. Marys County called "Timothy's Fortune" in 1694. Cert #463. Timothy Tracey is listed in perrogative court extracts: estate of John Deery of Saint Marys Count 16 April 1678 under list of debts with aobut 100 other men. Timothy is listed as receiving payment from the estate of Edward Size of St.Mary's Co in an administration filed 10 July 1686. He (and many others) are listed in the debts of the inventory of Mr. Thomas Jackson's estate, dated 25 July 1687 in St. Mary's Co and also of Col Nehemiah Baker dated July 19, 1695 (apparently of St. Mary's county, judging from other names in the list & that the admin of the estate is noted to be St. Mary's Co.). There was another Timothy Tracey in the northern neck of Virginia as this time. In Northumberland Co Court 4 April 1672 Timothy Tracey former servant of Edward Cole declared he had served his time. Timmothy also makes several other appearences in the records may be the Timothy Tracey who was married at Christ Church. In Middlesex Co., VA is a record of a Charles Tracey: On 6 May 1674 Charles Tracey filed notice with the Court that he "doe intend for England by the first Shipping"

There is an inventory for the estate of a Thomas Treacy in St Mary's County dated 8 February 1697 appraised at L12.16.0 (l15/f.317) appraisers were Gilbert Turbervil and Thomas Androse.
