While it is not a census, it does mention (most) land owners and residents on property. Adam Pedicord is listed in the Soldiers Delight Hundred with 46 acres of land, part of the tract Fells Forest

Note: William is listed immediately after Jasper. Joseph Hobbs is one household before Jasper, and immediately before Jasper is Gerrard Hobbs. The entry after William is Thomas Hood and then Theodore Walker and Henry B. Hobbs. Also 3 entries later is Charles Sheetz. Joseph and Gerrard Hobbs are the brother-in-laws of William and Jasper Peddicoat. Charles Sheetz wife was Hannah Hobbs, sister of William and Jasper's wives.
Caleb is listed 7 entries prior to Jasper in Montgomery Co.

Jasper Petticoat of Anne Arundel county is the son of William Peddicord Jr and Sophia Barnes and was also in Anne Arundel Co in the 1790 census. However, in 1790 he did not have a male under 16, while 1800 shows a male aged 10 to 16. and one aged 16-26, plus a male age 25-45. The three males are likely his sons Caleb (b. ca. 1786), William (b. ca. 1788) and Asbury (b. ca. 1795). The females include Rebecca (b. ca. 1793 married 1830 to Stephen Musgrove), Pleasants (who was married in 1814 to Jeremiah Barthlow), Anna (married in 1812 to John Holton), and Cordelia (married 1816 to Thomas Holton).

William Petticoat was the brother of Jasper of Anne Arundel Co., the male under 10 in his household is apparently his son Jarrett b. ca. 1799. the three females under age 16 are his daughters: Eleanor, Nancy (Mary), and either Sophia or Jeruha Elizabeth. William is also in the 1790 census of Anne Arundel Co., MD

Caleb Peddicord of Montgomery county, is apparently the son of Jasper and Rebecca Belt.

Jasper Peddicord of Montgomery county, a male over 45 years is the son of William Peddicoat and Sarah Belt who married Rebecca Belt. The males under age 26 are probably 3 of his 5 sons. He seems to have had several daughters, some of which appear in the Montgomery county marriage licenses.
