Traveling south on I-49, take exit 132 (about 5 miles south of I-49 and LA Hwy 6 intersection); turn east and then immediately turn right (south) once clear of overpass; follow this road for about 5 miles, cross small bridge and turn right (south) on Old River Road (Parish Road 615); travel about one mile and St. Ann's Church and Cemetery are on the left.
