Funeral services will be held Wednesday at
a 10 a.m. Mass in St. Genevieve Catholic
Church for Mrs. Harry J. Trahan, 49, the
former Elizabeth Henry, who died Monday,
March 30, 1992 at 4 p.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes
Regional Medical Center.
Interment will be in Broussard Family Cemetery
in Milton.
The Rev. Monsignor Wayne Richard of Lafayette
will officiate. Mrs. Geraldine Roy, organist,
will play "How Great Thou Art",
"Amazing Grace", "Wind Beneath
My Wings", and "Ave Maria".
Survivors include her husband, Harry J. Trahan
of Lafayette; one daughter, Mrs. Alfred (Jacqueline)
Himel of Lafayette; one son, Keith Joseph
Trahan of Lafayette; three grandchildren;
and one brother, Curtis J. Henry of Haddonfield,
N.J. She was preceded in death by her parents
and one son.
A native of Louisa and resident of Lafayette
for 14 years, she was daughter of the late
Raoul Henry, New Oberia native and the former
Angellle Trahan, a Maurice native.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to service
time today
Pallbearers are Randy Puckett, Robert Domingue,
Raymond Himel, Joseph Himel, Donald Trahan
and Wayne Plaunty, Honorary pallbearers are
Alfred and Loveless Himel.
Martin and Castille Funeral Home is in charge
of arrangements.
