I William Nelson, of Scott County, Kentucky make this my last will and testament believing I must soon die.  I want all my funeral expenses and just debts
paid, and my property equally divided between all my children. Santepitha Jane Billiter, wife of Elijah Billiter, to have equal share with the rest of my children.
 But, I make the following conditiones and bequest in addition to the above.  I wany my youngest son, James L. Nelson, to have the proceeds of my home
farm, until he is twenty one years of old, on horse, saddle and bridle and to keep my saddle horse "Toni" while he lives and I want A. W. Nelson, my son to
have what is due him from the Wm. Redd, debts & I claim nothing from my sons Hayden Nelson and A. W. Nelson, the note I have against them I desire
them to have.  The children of Alfred Nelson, deceased to have a childs share in my estate.  I desire W. H. Daugherty to act as my Executor.  Signed  by
me May the 6th 1876.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William Nelson, deceased, was this day produced in open court and filed and proven by the oath of J. W.
Lancaster one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, who also proved the attest taken of A. B. Dowd the other subscribing witness and said will is ordered to be
recorded.  Done this 24th day of May 1876.
