JOHN T. HART, b; abt 1820 in Maryland; d; 28 Oct. 1851. . Married ADA FEWELL, (daughter of John Fewell), 29 Mar. 1842.. John T. Hart is buried in the Hart Cemetery near Pleasant Hill, Ky.

(1)..Thomas Jefferson Hart; b; 12 May 1844..d; June 1906, buried Hart Cemetery. Married Martha Jane Connelly, abt 1842/43,(b.?...d; 1861, buried Connelly Cemetery.)

(2)..William Jasper,(Kibby) Hart, b; 1842/43 married; Martha Jennie Wilcoxen, daughter of N. Wilcoxen and Maria L. Barker (daughter of John H. Barker). Martha  Jennie was b; abt 1852 in Ohio and married William Jasper Hart. 26 Mar. 1868, at the home of John Barker. She was 16 years and William was 25 yrs.. Bond was with Thomas P. Hart. They had nine children:..1-Charles, 2- John, 3- Billie, m; Mattie Rector, 4- Oliver Stanley, m; Susie Skirvin, 5- Cullen,( lived in Chicago), 6- Mary, 7- Ethel, 8- Jenny, 9- Emma.

The above are not in order of birth. Three girls never married and were
all school teachers who lived together, except for Emma.

(3) James Hart - Went to Montana, near Barrett and married Maggie____?

(4) Elizabeth, died at about 1 year.

(5) John Silas - born after his father's death in 1851..At which time Ada Hart took him to Texas where she married John Harver Young...John Silas married Cynthia___?

Notes; John T. Hart's children became wards of S. M. Boner(Bonar) and Mary Boner after his death in 1851.


Oliver Stanley Hart, son of William Jasper (Kibby) Hart and Martha Jennie Wilcoxen, He was born abt.1877 in Harrison or Pendleton Co., Ky. He died 22 Apr. 1934 and is buried in Mt. Cavalry Cemetery. Russell Co., Ky.

He was married to Susie Skirvin, daughter of John and Prudy __? Skirvin. Notes on Skirvin family...The crest of the Skirving (Skirvin) is a hand holding up a buckle. The Motto "Fit inde firmior" meaning "By this means made strong."

Charles Harrison Hart....son of Oliver Stanley and Susie Skirven Hart. He was  b; 27 Nov. 1905, Monticello, Platt Co.,Ill. d; 1988, St. Bernard, Hamilton Co., Ohio. He married Olva Meese 15 June 1929, Russell Springs, Ky.. Olva Meese was b; 1905 in Russell Springs, Ky. Their children are living.

Governor (G.L.)Meese was b; 7 Sept. 1878. He was a lumberman and d; 26 Feb.1958. He is buried Friendship Cem., Russell Co., Ky. where he was born. Married; Frances "Fannie" Elizabeth Thomas, sister to Alta Thomas, on 12 Mar. 1902...Their children were:

Notes for Meese Family...The Meese's were from Holland. The family had to leave Holland after a family member killed a deer illegally and the results were that the whole family was excommunicated from the country...
