You may now reserve table space for the 2016 LGS Annual Fall Book Fair/Seminar. Our speakers this year are Pam and Rick Sayre, both CG, CGL and FUGA.   And we will again be presenting several general admission classes. We are anticipating attendance of 200-300, and have arranged the schedule so that attendees will have plenty of time to browse the vendors.  We will again have one BIG room for vendors, our silent auction and lunch and snack breaks!  Wi-fi will be available for vendors in that room.

LGS will have tables and chairs set up, and will have uniform signs ready to put on your table (table covers are not provided). Tables are 6 ft x 30 in� If you bring your own signs, you will need to bring stands because no tape is allowed on the walls. 

You may set up from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Eastern Daylight Time. The hall will be open at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning, Eastern Daylight Time; we would like the vendors to be ready to meet the attendees at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.

For the silent auction this year, we would very much appreciate receiving a donation from you, something to be sold. There will also be a free table for catalogs, brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.  You may wish to bring or send about 200 copies for the free table.  Silent Auction items, Door prizes, brochures, and catalogs, may be sent in advance if you wish to do so.
