| J.R. WILLIAMSON, 69, of Flat Lick, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 1999 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was the son of Poste Bingham Williamson Mills of Walker and the late Whitley Williamson. He was the husband of Cordia Warren Williamson of Flat Lick. Served as a Knox County Magistrate for eight years, was a farmer and a live stock trader. Funeral service were conducted in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, August 20 at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Larry Sowders and the Rev. Earl Hammons officiating. Burial followed in the Williamson Cemetery at Dewitt. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
