| SALLIE JUNE WEST, 73, of Davis Bend, was born in Knox County on October15, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Mary Payne Lawson and departed this life at her home on Sunday, July 25, 1999. On September 16,1939 she united in marriage to Conley West. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, July 27 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Vernon Morris and the Rev. Denvil Taylor officiating. Burial followed in the West Family Cemetery at Davis Bend. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
