George Dewayne Warfield Mr. George Dewayne Warfield, 51, of Barbourville, passed away Tuesday, April 9 at his home. He was born June 7, 1950 in Knox County, to the late George Edgar and Hazel Mannie Smith Warfield. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was employed by the Barbourville Utility Commission. He is survived by five sisters, Helen Joy Bryant of Barbourville, Betty Rae Laudenslauger and husband Eugene of Dearborn Heights, Mich., Lois Faye Mowell of Corbin, Debbie L. Grubb and husband Edward of Artemus, Phyllis Sue Cobb and husband Kenneth of Barbourville; two brothers, Charles William Warfield and wife Pam and Darrell Leslie Warfield and wife Connie, both of Artemus. Funeral services for Mr. Warfield were conducted Friday, April 12, 2002 in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rowland Bradshaw and the Rev. Tim Hamilton officiating. Mr. Warfield was laid to rest in the Brafford Cemetery at Gray. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
