| WENDELL EUGENE TUGGLE, 60, of Detroit, Michigan, formerly of Heidrick,passed away Saturday, May 15, 1999 at his home. He was the son of the late Alex and Sarah McVey Tuggle and was born onAugust 26, 1938 in Knox County. Mr. Tuggle was a former employee of the Owens Illinois Corporation. In July 1956, he united in marriage with Shelby Jean Owens. Funeral Home Tuesday, May 18 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mervial Newman officiating. Hewas laid to rest in the Doolin Cemetery at Heidrick.
