Anna E. Taylor Corbin October 9, 2003 Anna E. Taylor, 68, of Corbin, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, 2003 at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin. She was born June 26, 1935 in Harlan County, a daughter to the late Clarence Evans and the late Versie Sykes Evans. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul S. Taylor. She was a retired cashier, having been employed with the D&W Cafeteria in Corbin. She was a member of the Corbin Parkway Church of God. She is survived by one son, Allen Taylor of Corbin; one daughter, Gail Taylor of Corbin; one sister, Mary Messer of Keavy; and two granddaughters, Ana J. Taylor and Allie Taylor. The funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 2003 at the Corbin Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Michael Wynn officiating. Burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Corbin Funeral Home. The Corbin Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements, Byron L. Schiesz, director.
