BARBARA LEE PERKINS SPURLOCK, 71, of Avery Township, Mich., and formerly of Barbourville, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2002 in Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Sarah B. And Edgar Perkins, born to them on Feb. 4,1931 in Barbourville. Surviving Mrs. Spurlock her husband, Charles Spurlock of Atlanta, Mich.; her children, Charles and wife Vicki, John Spurlock and James Spurlock all of Atlanta, Mich., Carolyn Decker and husband Arnold of Paducah, Jackie Reams and husband Richard of Corbin and Barbara Hubbard and husband, David of Grayling, Mich.; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren; her sisters, Bonnie Bingham and Bille McCarthy of Smokey Route six and Betty Gibson of London. Funeral services for Barbara Lee Perkins Spurlock were conducted in the Green Funeral Home Chapel in Atlanta, Mich. on Saturday, April 27,2002 with Pastor Ken Johnson and Pastor Michael Shelton officiating.
