| VERNON SAMS, 64, of Heidrick, was born on November 2, 1935 in Barbourville to Bradley and Mary (Mills) Sams and departed this life on Sunday, November 21, 1999 in the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington. On January 15, 1955 he united in marriage with Wilma (Lockard) Sams. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, November 24, 1999 at 1 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Mooneyham and the Rev. Johnny Fisher officiating. Burial followed in the Barbourville Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
