John RICE, Jr. John Rice Jr., 75, of Barbourville, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2006 in Pineville Community Hospital. He was a son of the late John Rice and Lettie Messer Rice. He was a member of Hillside House of Prayer. He is survived by his wife, Betty Mays Rice; five daughters, Joyce Elliott and husband Glen, Linda Price and husband Donnie, Brenda Moore, Judy Brock and husband Jay, Racheal Middleton and husband James; five sons, Kennith Rice and wife Patty, Johnny Rice and wife Alma, Jimmy Rice, Charlie Rice and wife Patty and David Smith; one brother, Henry Lee Rice and wife Marie; 23 grandchildren; and 32 great grandchildren. Services were conducted Wednesday, May 3 in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Kenny Johnson, David Rice and Leonard Lester officiating. Burial was in Brock Cemetery on Walker Park Road. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
