Ann Loretta Rahhal Ann Loretta Rahhal, 69, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2006 in Wayne, Mich. She was the mother of Esther Sue Paplyk, Fitzgerald Epperson, Coltine Partin and Charles Epperson; the sister of Mary Shadd, Shirley Mays, Beaulah Carnes and Danny Mills. Services were conducted Thursday, March 23 in Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Smith officiating. Burial was in the Rice Cemetery in Knox County.
