Bertie THOMPSON PATTON Birdie Thompson Patton, 94, of Barbourville, passed away Monday morning, March 27, 2006 in Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. She was a daughter of the late Bud and Haze Goins Thompson and the wife of the late Felton Patton. She was a former housekeeper for Ruth Miller and Billie Bacon and a member of Hamilton Baptist Church. She is survived by two nephews, Roselle Tinsley and wife Barbara and Richard Tinsley and wife Peggy; one niece, Irma Jean McCowan and husband Matthew. Services were conducted in Knox Funeral Home Chapel Friday, March 31 with the Revs. John Clark and Mark Clark officiating. Burial was in Tanyard Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Knox Funeral Home. |
