| GEORGE PATTERSON, Jr., 70, of Milford, Ohio, was born in Bell County on March 17, 1929 to George and Effie (Hamilton) Patterson and departed this life in the Bethesda North Hospital in Milford, Ohio on Saturday, August 21, 1999. On November 28, 1953, he united in marriage with Gladys Bays, who preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served on the USS Newport News. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, August 25 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Hembree and the Rev. B.F. Jackson officiating. Burial followed in the Burch-Alford Cemetery at Trosper. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
