Troy Partin
(February 12, 1932 - January 1, 2008)

U.S. Veteran Troy Partin, age 75 of Warren Camp, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday January 1, 2008 in the Veteran�s Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Howard and Gladys Lambdin Partin. Troy was born on February 12, 1932 in Pineville, Kentucky. He was a United States Army Veteran and belived in the Baptist faith.

Troy is survived by his wife Shirley Stamper Partin of Warren Camp, Kentucky. One son, Troy Partin Jr. and wife Mynekia of Warren. His daughter Pamela Williams and husband Wendell of Barbourville. His Grandchildren, Brittany Partin, Nathanael Partin, and Wesley Williams. One brother, Rowland Partin and wife Thelma of Middlesboro, Kentucky. His sister, Georgie Frazier of Venice, Florida. Nieces and Nephews, Debbie, Kandy, Sandy, Gregory, and Billy. He also leaves behind many other dear family and friends.

Funeral services for Troy Partin will be conducted in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday January 5, 2008 at 2:00pm with Rev. Arnold Petrey and Rev. Jimmy Wayne Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with Eddie Stamper, Allen Stamper, Jerry Bright, Randy Stamper, Rick Stamper, and Vealor Brown serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Hubbard, Jerry Stamper, Rodney Stamper, and all friends and neighbors. The Partin family will receive friends at Hopper Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, and on Saturday after 9:00am until the funeral hour at 2:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Hopper Funeral Home.
