| ROBERT P. "Bob" MILLS, 76, of Center, Texas, formerly of Knox County, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 1998 at his home. He was the son of the late Columbus Mills Sr. and Axie Jordan Mills. Mr. Mills was a long time resident of Center and was retired from the United State Postal Service. He served in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Jean Mills of Center, Texas. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center, Texas on Thursday, December 31 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Gene Kirkley officiating.
