| CLIFFORD MILLS, 50, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2000 at his residence. A former employee of Monarch Marketing with 32 years of service. a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Eastern Star Blue Lodge #55 F&AM. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Millie; daughter, Shannon Bolinger of Eaton, Ohio; two sons, Jonathan Mills of Franklin and Ray and Jenny Mills of Miamisburg; father, Flem D. Mills and wife Loretta of Barbourville; two sisters, Jeanie Lauber of Beavercreek and Kathie Parden of Dayton; two step-sisters, Vickie Moore and Kim Terrell; three step-brothers, Tim, Donnie and Dale Phipps, all of Kentucky; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Dryden Road Pentecostal Church in Ohio with the Rev. Bennie Sutherland officiating. Burial followed in the Tinsley Cemetery.
