George Ellis Miller, 80, Junction City, formerly of Williamsburg, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2003 at the V.A. Medical Center in Lexington. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a former supervisor with Roper Corporation in Williamsburg and Tri-County Assemblies. Survivors include his wife, Emma McCaslin Miller of Junction City; one son, Richard Wayne Miller of Sonora, California; one daughter, Kathleen Miller Sinkhorn of Junction City; four grandchildren; one brother, Jack Miller of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Doris Croley of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Funeral services were held Monday, June 30 at the Stith Funeral Home Chapel, Danville, with Rev. Don Benningfield officiating.
