Oscar Millard McNEIL Oscar Millard McNeil, 86, of Oak Ridge, formerly of Barbourville, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2006 at Briarcliff Health Care Center. He was a son of the late Joel and Girdie McNeil. He was a World War II and Korean War pilot. He flew almost 40 missions over North Korea and retired as a Lt. Colonel. He was part owner of Clinch TV. He is survived by his wife, Nina Hunt McNeil; two sisters, Mable Lee and Thelma Davis. Services were conducted Wednesday, April 12 in Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with James B. Scott Jr. conducting the service. Graveside services were held Thursday at Anderson Memorial Gardens with military honors. An online register book is available at www.martinoakridgefuneralhome.com. |
