Bill McCowan Bill McCowan, 69, of Milford, Ohio was born on April 17, 1932 to the late William McCowan and Ethel Josephine Gaddis McCowan at Stanford, Kentucky. Mr. McCowan passed away Thursday, April 11, 2002 in the Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a member of the Eastgate Baptist Church in Cincinnati. Mr. McCowan was a retired tool salesman. He was a United States Army Veteran. On April 3, 1954, he united in marriage to Louise Amis. He is survived by his wife, Louise Amis McCowan of Milford, Ohio; his daughter, Donna McCowan Chadwick and one grandson, both of Dayton, Ohio; his sister, Bessie Widler; and brothers, George Ed McCowan and Harold McCowan, all of Danville. Funeral services for Bill McCowan were conducted in the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Milford, Ohio, Saturday, April 13, 2002. Graveside services were held Sunday, April 14, 2002 at the Amis Cemetery at Possum Hollow, Flat Lick with the Rev. Larry Sowders officiating. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements. |
