HELEN CARR LANE, 81, Scottsville, formerly of Williamsburg, passed away Monday, April 15, 2002 at Cal Turner Extended Care in Scottsville. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Williamsburg. Survivors include three sons, Harry Lane and wife, Gladys of Corbin, Jack Lane and wife, Janet of Hope, Idaho and David Lane and wife, Sharon of Dallas, Texas; one daughter, Lois Wall and husband, John of Greenville, North Carolina; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Teresa Kamichoff of Carteret, New Jersey; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lane; a daughter, Madeline Lane; and her parents, Harry and Madeline Carr. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 18 at the Highland Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Roberts officiating. Burial followed. Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
