Dallas JONES Dallas Jones, 78, of Lorain, Ohio, passed away Friday, April 21, 2006 at Community Health Partners H&S Center in Lorain following a lengthy illness. He was a son of the late Issac and Lena Slusher Jones. He was a retiree of U.S.S. Steel Mill and a founding member of Victory Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He had a CB Evangelism Ministry. He is survived by his wife, Doris June Taylor Jones; three sons, Daniel, David and Dallas Jones II; three daughters, Kathryn DeBerry, Linda Squires and Jean Rivera; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; five brothers, Lamon Jones, Junior Jones, Roy Jones, Jerry Jones and Everett Jones; two sisters, Virgie Stewart and Phyllis Jones. Services were conducted Tuesday, April 25 with the Rev. Jeffery Smale officiating. Burial was in Ridge Hill Memorial Park. Arrangements were by Hempel Funeral Home, Amherst, Ohio.
