Celia Callebs Jackson, 86, of Barbourville, passed away Monday, March 6, 2006 in Knox County Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Lawrence Callebs and Nettie Messer Callebs and the wife of James W. Jackson. She was a member of the North side Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Venna Martin and husband G.W. and Mildred Engle; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister Ernistine Bargo; four brothers, Sie Callebs and wife June, Johnny Callebs and wife Mary, Clark Callebs and wife Betty, Junior Callebs and wife Ada. Graveside services were conducted in Barbourville Cemetery Thursday, March 9, 2006 with the Rev. Rollin Bradshaw officiating. Friends were received at the Barbourville Cemetery. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
