Robert L. HIBBARD
Robert L. Hibbard, 74, of Barbourville, formerly of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Sunday morning, March 12, 2006 in the Oak Tree Hospital in Corbin. He was a son of the late Gilbert Hibbard Sr. and Julia Ann Hammons Hibbard and the husband of the late Shirley Flannery Hibbard. He was a former paper manufacturing supervisor and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Franklin, Ohio. He was a member of the Kentucky Army National Guard. He is survived by two sisters, Sallie Brown and husband W.H. and Chelsea Walsh; two brothers, William Hibbard and Gilbert Hibbard Jr. Services were conducted in Knox Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, March 16 with the Rev. Denvil Taylor and Dr. Ted Satterfield officiating. A graveside service was conducted in the Springboro Cemetery in Springboro, Ohio, Friday, March 17 with Pastor Norman Meadows officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Knox Funeral Home.
