| VIRGINIA RUTH HAMPTON, 70, of Dade City, Florida, formerly of Barbourville passed away Friday, March 12 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Mitchell A. Parker and Myrlle Harpe Parker born to them on February 11, 1929. She was a former secretary at Union College. Funeral services were held in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 17 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Brad Bradshaw officiating. Burial followed in the Lynn Camp Cemetery in Corbin. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
