Icey Elizabeth Downs, 82, Jellico, passed away Monday, July 14, 2003 at the family residence. She was the widow of the late John Woodrow Downs. Funeral services will be held July 16 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Willie Partin officiating. Interment was in the Douglas Cemetery by the Cox & Son Funeral Home. |
