Tristan HUBBARD COOK Infant Tristan Joseph Creed Hubbard Cook, age 3 months, passed away Thursday-Feb.15, 2007 at the Pineville Community Hospital, Bell County, Ky. He was the son of Andrew Creed Douglas Cook and Ashley Deana Elaine Hubbard Cook of Barbourville, Ky. born to them Nov.1, 2006 in Lexington, Ky. Tristan was preceded in death by maternal Grandfather Bud Collinsworth and Paternal Great Grandfather Creed Collier. Survivors include: His parents: Andrew &Ashley Cook of Barbourville, Ky. Brother: Cameron Joshua Andrew Hubbard Cook of Barbourville, Ky. Maternal Grandparents: Gary Liford of Pineville, Ky.; Elaine Collinsworth of Barbourville, Ky.; Mike Power of Ohio; Lynn Wright of Corbin, Ky. Paternal Grandparents: Doug Cook and wife Janice of Whitesburg, Ky.; Connie Hembree and husband Robbie of Barbourville, Ky. Paternal Great Grandparents: Doug &Rose Cook of Whitesburg, Ky. Godparent: Joe Collinsworth of Gray, Ky. Aunts: Brittany Smith, Stephanie Smith, Bethany Fields, Kayla Fields, and Diane Cook. Uncles: Buddy Liford, Anthony Liford, Kegan Cook, Jared Cook and Joshua Parks. Tristan also leaves a host of family and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services for Tristan Joseph Creed Hubbard Cook were conducted Monday-Feb. 19, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Denvil Taylor and Rev. Harry Mornsby officiating. Pallbearers were Johathan Cook, Ed Laid/Law, Kegan Cook, Dewayne Woolum, Gary Liford, Derrick Woolum and Joshua Parks. Burial was in the Final Rest Cemetery at Hinkle, Ky. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
