Fay Hamblin Clark, 65, Evarts, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2002 at the Harlan ARH Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Clark of Evarts; two children, Kenneth Clark and wife, Sharon of Evarts and Della Sue Clark of Evarts; four grandchildren, Chastity Dean, Felicia Clark, Christopher Clark and Kenneth Clark; one great-grandchild, Jillian Dean; six brothers, Denver Hamblin and wife, Pat of Barbourville, Ronald Hamblin and wife, Pat of Berea, Tommy Hamblin and wife, Patricia of Bowling Green, Denny Ervin Hamblin of Huber Heights, Ohio, George Hamblin and wife, Collene of Oak Harbor, Washington, and Michael Hamblin and wife, Peggy of Nevisdale; four sisters, Dimples Middleton and husband, Earl of Evarts, Joan Richardson and husband, Rick of Lake Station, Indiana, Darlene Reynolds and husband, Gary of Siler, and Sylvania Delane Ballew of Nevisdale; a special friend, Freda Smith of Evarts; also several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lincoln Hamblin and Nola Croley Hamblin.

Funeral services were held Sunday, August 4 at the Evarts Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sonny Dean officiating. Burial was in the Evarts Memorial Gardens.
