Clofus Broughton Clofus Broughton, 69, of London, formerly of Knox County, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2004 at his home. He was a son of the late Leonard and Della Broughton and a retiree of Ford Motor Company. He was a member of Hazel Patch Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Bargo Broughton; two sons, Rick and Jack Broughton; three sisters, Ester Whittaker, Viola Bright and husband Clifford, Chelsie Jordan and husband Victor; two grandchildren. Services were conducted Monday, Jan. 3 in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Owen Smith and Tip Smith officiating. Burial was in the Tommy Broughton Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
