Mr. Paul Darrel Bargo, 55, of Heidrick, the husband of Brenda Garland Bargo, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2008 in the Hospice Care Center in Lexington. He was a son of the late James and Ethel Smith Bargo born on June 29, 1953 in Bell County. His funeral service was conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Tuesday, September 23 at 2 P.M. PAUL DARREL BARGO
(1953 - 2008)

Mr. Paul Darrel Bargo, 55, of Heidrick, passed away Saturday evening, September 20, 2008 in the Hospice Care Center in Lexington. He was a son of the late James and Ethel Smith Bargo born on June 29, 1953 in Bell County.

Mr. Bargo was a former coal equipment operator and a member of the Northside Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar.

On July 12, 1973, he united in marriage with Brenda Garland in Bell County and to this union a son was born.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jean Bruner.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Bargo of Heidrick; a son, Paul Steven Bargo and wife, Leslie, of Heidrick; two brothers, Jimmy Bargo and wife, Ann, of Heidrick and Donnie Bargo of London; a special friend, Dennis Farmer of Flat Lick; among other loved ones and dear friends.

His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Tuesday, September 23 at 2 P.M. Mr. Bargo will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Dennis Farmer, George Griffin, Tony Osborne, Tim Bargo, Mike Bargo and Chris Bargo. Honorary bearers will be Nathan Parks and Nick Hall.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
