DOROTHY ALLEN, 86, Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 22, 2002 at her home. She was a member of the Upper Briar Creek Church. Survivors include three daughters, Dianna Davis and husband, Eugene of Bronston, Ruth Bartle and husband, Rolland of Cincinnati, Ohio and Verna Kilgore and husband, Emmitt of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sons, Bruce Allen and wife, Brenda of Whitley City and Doyal Stephens of Dry Ridge; 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Ray Stephens of Williamsburg; as well as a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 25 at the Jellico Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Elmer Parks and Rev. Harold Long officiating. Burial was in the Jellico Creek Cemetery. Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
