The Annual Martin Family Reunion
(descendants of Newt Washington (Wash) and Nellie Warf Martin is held on the
last Sunday in July each year at the Activities Center at Columbus Belmont State
Park located in Columbus, Ky. Reminiscing begins at 10:00 AM and a potluck meal
begins at noon. Sharing of memories, talents of singing, playing of musical
instruments, recitation of poems and visiting are throughout the afternoon.
Families return each year from Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and other southern
states.
