Guardian's Bond.
THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY.
Whereas, J.M. Stephens has been appointed by the County Court of Hickman County,
and qualified as Guardian to John Emery, Sherwood, Rosanna, George, Edward and
Francis Stephens, a minor. Now we J.M. Stephens as principal, and Nimrod Johnson
and John Stephens his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, that the said J.M. Stephens will faithfully discharge the trust of
Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law. Signed, this 21st
